How do I register an account?

Go to INFAXIA, click Log In or Let’s Play, click Continue, choose registration, enter your email, verify using the code sent to your inbox, then log in.

How do I log in to the INFAXIA website?

Go to INFAXIA Login Page, click Continue, enter your email, and submit the verification code sent to you.

Can I change my registered email address?

No. Currently, your registered email address cannot be changed once it has been set.

How do I view my profile?

Log in to INFAXIA and click your profile icon on the lower-left side of the screen to view your profile details, referral log, and transaction history.

How do I check my inventory box?

On the metaverse screen, click the Inventory icon on the lower-left side of your screen. Your inventory will display default avatar items and purchased NFTs.

How do I create my avatar?

On your first login, choose Play on browser or Play on device, enter your username, select an avatar, then click Apply.

Can I customize my avatar?

Yes. Click the Inventory icon and choose clothing, hairstyle, accessories, and other available avatar items, then click Apply.

How do I navigate the platform?

Use the following controls:
• W = Move forward
• A = Move left
• S = Move backward
• D = Move right
• Space = Jump
• Left click + drag = Rotate camera

What games are available in INFAXIA?

INFAXIA includes features such as RPS, Poker, Treasure Hunt, Car Racing, and other metaverse-based interactions depending on current availability.

How do I play RPS?

Log in to INFAXIA, find a player, click their avatar, select Play RPS, send the invite, then wait for them to confirm.

Can I play RPS with other users inside INFAXIA?

Yes. You can challenge other users in INFAXIA by clicking their avatar and sending an RPS invitation.

Do I need IXP to play RPS?

No. You can play RPS without IXP.

How do I place a bet in RPS?

Click the avatar of the user you want to challenge, select Play RPS, enable the bet toggle, enter the amount, then confirm.

Can I play RPS even if the user is not my friend?

Yes. You can play RPS with a nearby user even if they are not on your friend list.

Can I play RPS while on a voice call?

Yes. You can continue playing RPS while on a voice call.

Can I play RPS with someone in a different destination or space?

No. Both users need to be in the same space and near each other.

Can I cancel an RPS game while it is in progress?

No. Once the match is already in progress, it cannot be cancelled mid-game.

Is there a betting limit in RPS?

No. There is currently no betting limit in the RPS game.

What happens if a player disconnects during an RPS match?

If the player already locked in their moves, the result will still be determined based on those selected moves.

Do I need to be in a specific area to play RPS?

You do not need a special area, but the player you want to challenge must be nearby and in the same space.

Is there a service fee deducted from RPS winnings?

Yes. A small transaction or service fee may be deducted from RPS winnings.

Can I customize my gesture in RPS?

Yes. During the match, you can choose Rock, Paper, Scissors, or Random before confirming your move.

Can I challenge NPCs to RPS?

No. RPS can only be played against other users in INFAXIA.

Can I spectate RPS matches?

Yes. Spectating other players’ RPS matches is supported.

Is there an RPS leaderboard?

An RPS leaderboard is planned for the future.

What should I do if I encounter a bug while playing RPS?

Report the issue to Customer Support so the team can investigate and assist you.

Are there bonus rounds or special events in RPS?

Special events and bonus rounds may be introduced in future updates.

How long does a single RPS match take?

A match consists of 5 rounds.

Can I rematch the same player after an RPS game?

Yes. After the match ends, you can choose to rematch the same player.

What happens if there is a tie in RPS?

A tie is recorded as a Draw, and no points are deducted from either player.

Is there a chat feature during an RPS game?

There is no in-game chat during an active RPS match, but players can still communicate via voice call.

Are there penalties for quitting an RPS game midway?

There are no direct penalties, but the game may still resolve using the moves already locked in.

Can I play RPS with multiple players at once?

No. RPS is currently a one-on-one game.

Can I customize the environment during an RPS game?

No. The RPS environment is currently fixed.

Can I withdraw or cash out my RPS winnings?

Your winnings may be stored in your wallet or reflected in your points balance, depending on the applicable in-platform flow.

Can I mute the sound or background music during RPS?

Yes. You can mute the background music by clicking the speaker icon before the game starts.

Can I play RPS on mobile?

Currently, RPS is supported only on desktop.

How do I access the Poker game?

Log in to INFAXIA, click the three dots beside your profile icon, then select the Poker icon.

How do I leave the Poker dashboard?

Click the X button in the upper-right corner of the Poker screen to return to the INFAXIA Metaverse.

How do I leave a Poker room?

Click the white arrow beside your room ID, confirm that you want to leave, then return to the Poker main page.

How do I deposit chips in Poker?

From the Poker page, click the Glow Bank Wallet icon below your profile image, enter the amount, then select Deposit.

How do I transfer in-game Poker chips?

Inside a Poker room, click your username, adjust the chip amount using the slider, then confirm the transfer.

How do I withdraw chips from Poker?

Click the Glow Bank Wallet icon on the Poker page, enter the amount, then choose Withdraw.

How do I check Poker transaction history?

On the Poker dashboard, click the transaction history icon at the upper-right corner of the page.

How do I minimize or maximize the Poker page?

Use the minimize icon on the upper-left side to shrink the page, or the maximize icon on the lower-right side to restore full size.

How do I turn Poker background music on or off?

Click the sound icon to toggle Poker BGM on or off.

How do I access Poker game rules?

On the Poker page, click the question mark icon to open the game rules.

How do I use Quick Play in Poker?

Click Quick Play from the Poker page to enter a room quickly, then invite friends by clicking the plus sign on an empty seat.

Use Find Room, enter the Room ID, then input the password if required.

How do I create a Poker room?

Click Create Room from the Poker page, fill out the room details, and invite your friends to join.

Open Settings and Basic Settings, choose Reset, verify through email OTP, then create a new transaction password.

How do I edit my Marketplace profile?

Log in to the Marketplace, hover over your profile image, click Edit Profile, make your changes, then click Save.

How do I get my private key account?

In the Marketplace, open Edit Profile, choose Get Private Key via Web3Auth, complete email verification, then reveal or copy your private key.

How do I upload a profile picture in the Marketplace?

Hover over your profile icon, choose Edit Profile, click the avatar image area, select an image, then save it.

How do I play Gacha?

Log in to Marketplace, go to Gacha Item, click Play Now, choose your payment method, complete the purchase, then follow the in-game instructions.

What are the current Gacha rules or odds?

The currently described Gacha game is Who’s Got the Red Panties, where users choose among four models. More Gacha games may be added later.

How do I buy an NFT?

Open the Marketplace through INFAXIA or directly at market.infaxia.io, choose an NFT, select your payment method, and complete the transaction.

How do I set up NFT lending?

Go to My Page, choose the NFT, open Lending Settings, set the lending details, confirm the terms, then complete the wallet approval process.

How do I resell an NFT?

Open My Page, find the NFT you want to sell, click Resell, set the amount, agree to the terms, and confirm via MetaMask.

What payment methods are available in the Marketplace?

Marketplace payment methods may include Wallet Payment, Slash Payment, MetaMask Payment, and other available options shown on the purchase screen.

How do I check my resale items?

Hover over your profile image, go to My Page, then scroll to the resale section to view your listed or sold resale items.

How do I check resale NFTs available in the Marketplace?

Open NFT Items, choose All NFTs, then select Resale Market to view available resale listings.

How do I enable offer settings for an NFT?

In My Page, choose the NFT, open Offer Setting, turn it on, set the minimum offer, then confirm through MetaMask.

How do I join an NFT auction?

In the Marketplace, go to NFT Items, choose Auction, open an auction item, then place your bid.

What currencies can be used in the Marketplace?

Supported currencies described in the Marketplace include IXP, Free Points, MTEL Points, BTC, USDT, and USDC, depending on the available payment flow.

How do I favorite an NFT?

Open an NFT, then click the heart icon to add it to your favorites list.

How do I view favorite NFTs?

In the Marketplace, go to My Page and open the Favorite NFTs section to see saved items.

How do I view trending NFTs?

Open the Marketplace and look for the Top NFTs section to view trending items.

How do I cancel or delist my NFT?

Go to My Page, open the NFT you listed, then click Cancel Listing or Cancel Resell.

Can I transfer avatar items between accounts?

No. Transferring avatar items between accounts is currently not available.
