Transaction Password Reset

If you’ve forgotten your transaction password or want to update it for security reasons, follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Open Glow Wallet
Whether you’re in the INFAXIA Metaverse or NFT Marketplace simply click on your Points Balance in the upper-right corner of the screen to open your Glow Wallet. You can also access it directly by logging into the Glow Wallet page. [https://wallet.infaxia.io]

Step 2: Access Basic Settings
• Once in your wallet: Click on [Settings]

• Then select [Basic Settings] at the upper-left corner of the page.

Step 3: Click [RESET]
Under the Basic Settings menu, click the [RESET] button next to the password section.

Step 4: Verify Your Identity
• A new window will appear: Click [Send Authentication Code]

 • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 5: Enter the Code
• Copy the OTP from your email and paste it into the Authentication Box
• Then click [Proceed to Reset Password]

Step 6: Set a New Password
• Enter your new transaction password in the space provided.
• (Tip: Must be 8–14 characters long and include numbers and symbols)
• Click [Proceed to Reset Password]

Step 7: Confirmation
A pop-up message will confirm that your transaction password has been successfully changed.

✅ That’s it! You can now use your updated password for all your transactions.
